Kat Timpf is back — and fans couldn’t be happier to see her glowing, triumphant, and stronger than ever.
A stunning return to TV
Fox News favorite Kat Timpf, 36, made her highly anticipated return to television with a bang, appearing on Greg Gutfeld’s new Fox Nation show What Did I Miss.
It’s her first time back on-air since February, when she took maternity leave after welcoming her first child — and facing a life-changing health scare.

Timpf rocked a bright red outfit, her signature glasses, and a sleek ponytail as she rejoined the network.
Sitting alongside Jamie Lissow and Greg Gutfeld, she immediately stole the show with her quick wit and warm energy.
“I had a baby and I beat cancer. All in two months,” Kat casually revealed when Gutfeld asked what she’d been up to during her time away.
A rollercoaster few months
Timpf stunned fans earlier this year when she revealed that she had been diagnosed with Stage 0 breast cancer just hours before going into labor.
In an emotional post titled “An Unconventional Birth Announcement,” she shared:
“About fifteen hours before I went into labor, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.”
Fortunately, the cancer was caught early and had not spread.
Timpf later underwent a double mastectomy, bravely sharing raw updates from her hospital bed — often with her trademark sarcastic humor that fans adore.
Reflecting on her son, she wrote:
“I mean, I know I’m biased, but the little dude absolutely rules – and not just because he might have saved my life.”
Fans flood her with love
Kat’s return sparked an overwhelming outpouring of support across social media.
“Kat, you look amazing. You’re an inspiration to so many,” one fan gushed.
“So great to see you doing great!” another chimed in.
Several viewers admitted they couldn’t wait to see her return to Gutfeld! too, with one writing:
“I’ll watch, but I’d rather have you back on Gutfeld. You make me happy.”
Another added simply:
“We missed you, Kat. Stay strong and keep making us laugh!”
Inside “What Did I Miss?”
The new series What Did I Miss? premiered May 12 on Fox Nation, with two more episodes streaming May 13 and 14.
The show features four contestants who spent nearly three months living in total isolation — with no access to phones, TV, or social media.
Now, with $50,000 on the line, they must figure out which insane news headlines from the Trump era are real and which are fake.
Kat’s role? Help guide the contestants — or mislead them — with her signature deadpan humor.
And of course, Gutfeld couldn’t resist a few jokes at Kat’s expense, teasing that her new baby’s name is simply “just a shrug emoji.” Kat laughed it off, unfazed and smiling.
After a whirlwind year filled with new beginnings and incredible challenges, Kat Timpf’s triumphant return is the feel-good comeback story fans everywhere needed.
